CESTRAS is a multi-discipline team with a variety of backgrounds in domains related to sustainability from social to applied sciences.

This “think and do tank” promotes research and projects that help the Government, municipalities, companies and the citizens to best contribute to a sustainable development.

The initiatives of the Centre are developed independently or in partnership.

CESTRAS acts both top-down - providing tools of analysis and indicating lines of action to decision-makers and administrators - as much as bottom-up - promoting dynamics of citizenship and participation.
